I feel a tad bit sad that NT Summer Equinox has ended. It was a fun-filled month meeting new friends, working out and eating (healthy). At the same time, I look forward to trying out new workouts with the girls, possibly take up some running with Adidas Runners (or maybe just their strength & conditioning) and generally just maintaining the active lifestyle and mindful eating that this programme has taught me.
Nikki outdid herself by providing us the best experience in this whole journey. The culminating party was held at The Island, BGC. We fired up the event by having a Nikki Torres original NT Sweat workout.
It was my first time to do NT Sweat.
NT Sweat is a fusion of bodyweight training, cardio dance and mobility. The foundations and principles of it are rooted in the yoga asana practice but you will barely feel it because it is high intensity. Everything is set pace to hiphop/dance tracks.

It is intense but in a good way. The energy, the music, and the moves created one great workout. After the high energy NT Sweat workout, we cooled down and partied with food and drinks from the generous sponsors.
